Patrick was the father of five children and is survived by Candace Carracher of Virginia Beach, VA Frederick Carracher of Delray Beach, FL Keith Carracher of Coral Springs, FL Jerrilynn Gleason of Virginia Beach, VA Beth Austin of Margate, FL. After 10 years of service he relocated to Margate, FL, where he retired as a Lieutenant from the Margate Police Department, having served the public for 25 years. He began his career with the Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio Police Department.
He served as a law enforcement officer for thirty-five years. He was honorably discharged from both the United States Army and the United States Navy. He is survived by his loving, devoted and faithful wife of 50 years, Eileen Carracher.
